Job Description:
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Tele Sales Executive (Telecaller) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, generating leads, scheduling meetings, and supporting the sales team in converting prospects into customers.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience is required.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Confident and professional telephone etiquette.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to handle customer queries and objections effectively.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Comfortable working from office.
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
- Explain solar products and services to customers over the phone.
