- Oversee all aspects of food preparation, cooking, and plating, ensuring consistency and adherence to recipes and client specifications.
- Manage kitchen operations during events, including supervising junior chefs and kitchen staff, assigning tasks, and maintaining an efficient workflow.
- Collaborate with event planners, clients, and front-of-house staff to understand event requirements and customize menus to meet specific dietary needs and preferences.
