Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive, organized, and service-oriented Admin Executive to manage the day-to-day administration and facility operations of a Technical Centre comprising Production and R&D facilities.
The ideal candidate should possess strong coordination, vendor management, problem-solving, and communication skills with experience in handling industrial or manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day administrative operations across Production and R&D, ensuring timely resolution of internal stakeholder requests.
- Oversee office assets and procurement of supplies, PPE, pantry items, housekeeping materials and other consumables, including vendor documentation and payment coordination with Finance.
- Coordinate housekeeping, pest control, pantry, waste disposal, security services, visitor management, and deployment of security manpower.
- Manage preventive and breakdown maintenance of IT, civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, furniture, and utility infrastructure, ensuring facility upkeep and operational continuity.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage vendors; monitor AMCs, SLAs, pricing negotiations, vendor performance, and timely service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, emergency preparedness, access control, statutory requirements, and facility standards.
- Support fire safety drills, emergency response activities, statutory inspections, and internal/external audits (ISO, Food Safety, EHS, Customer Audits).
- Maintain MIS and administrative reports / documentations.
- Organize meetings, training programs, conferences, and employee engagement activities.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in Administration and Facility Management.
- Experience in managing manufacturing plants, technical centres, laboratories, or industrial campuses will be preferred.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
