- Post-Training CTC: Up to ₹2.5 LPA – ₹3 LPA (Performance-Based)
- Working Days: 6 Days a Week (One weekly off on either Saturday or Sunday)

- Manage day-to-day eCommerce operations, including inventory management, order processing, and order fulfilment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless seller and customer experience.
- Handle inbound customer queries and outbound calls professionally in English.
- Resolve seller and customer concerns promptly while maintaining high service standards.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely order dispatch and successful delivery.
- Monitor shipment tracking, delivery turnaround time (TAT), and SLA compliance.
- Manage reverse logistics, including returns, replacements, and refunds.
- Identify and resolve last-mile delivery challenges and non-serviceable pin code issues.
- Track and reduce Return-to-Origin (RTO) through effective address validation and proactive customer communication.
- Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Excel.
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and contribute to continuous process improvements.
- Handle customer and seller escalations professionally, ensuring timely resolution.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic understanding of eCommerce operations, seller management, and customer support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining productivity.
- Customer-centric mindset with the ability to manage escalations effectively.
- Knowledge of additional Indian languages will be an added advantage
