- Appointment Scheduling: Book, reschedule, and confirm doctor consultations, diagnostics, and treatments.
- Patient Follow-ups: Call patients for post-operative checks, preventive care reminders, and medication tracking.
- Inquiry Handling: Answer questions regarding hospital services, health packages, doctors' availability, and insurance processes.
- Database Management: Accurately log patient details, call outcomes, and feedback into the hospital's CRM or billing software.
- Emergency Coordination: Triage urgent calls and route them quickly to the appropriate medical staff or triage desk.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
