Role Summary
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for client acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth for The Growth Hive’s end-to-end HR consulting and recruitment services. The role demands strong communication, relationship-building skills, and a consultative sales approach.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Acquisition & Lead Generation
Identify and generate leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, referrals, and networking

Recruitment & Executive Search
Interim & Contract Hiring
HR Consulting & Strategy
RPO & Bulk Hiring solutions
Convert leads into qualified business opportunities
2. Sales & Business Development
Conduct discovery calls to understand client hiring and HR challenges
Prepare and share proposals, pitch decks, and service offerings
Negotiate commercials and close deals independently
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly revenue targets
3. Client Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact for new clients
Coordinate with recruiters/HR consultants for smooth onboarding
Ensure client satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
4. Market Intelligence & Branding
Track market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing benchmarks
Represent The Growth Hive on LinkedIn and professional forums
Support employer branding and thought leadership initiatives
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Leads generated per week/month
Discovery calls completed
Deals closed (monthly & quarterly)

Required Skills & Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in B2B sales / HR sales / recruitment sales
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience in cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email pitching
Ability to understand HR, recruitment, and people strategy needs
Negotiation and closure skills
Self-driven, target-oriented mindset
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
