- Handle insurance renewal calls and customer follow-ups professionally
- Explain insurance policies, renewal benefits, and coverage details to customers
- Generate insurance leads and support policy renewal conversions
- Coordinate with insurance companies and internal departments for smooth processing
- Maintain customer records, renewal data, and daily call reports accurately
- Resolve customer queries related to insurance renewals and policies
- Achieve telecalling and renewal targets effectively
- Ensure timely communication and customer satisfaction
- Good communication, convincing, and follow-up skills required
- Basic computer knowledge and telecalling experience preferred
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
