We are looking for a highly driven and business-oriented Head of Finance to lead the financial strategy and operations across our group companies.
This role is ideal for a finance professional who enjoys working closely with founders, influencing business decisions, driving financial discipline, and building scalable systems that support rapid growth.
You will play a critical role in financial planning, compliance, fundraising, investor reporting, business performance tracking, and strategic decision-making across multiple business verticals.

Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across all business entities.

Develop financial strategies that support growth, profitability, and capital efficiency.

Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial reports, business insights, and key performance indicators to leadership.

Support debt and equity fundraising initiatives.

Build financial models, investor presentations, and reporting frameworks.

Maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions, investors, and strategic partners.

Oversee accounting, taxation, audits, and financial controls.

Establish and improve finance SOPs, approval workflows, and governance processes.

Drive ERP implementation and finance automation initiatives.

Ensure compliance with Income Tax, GST, ROC, RBI, and other applicable regulations.

Coordinate with auditors, consultants, legal advisors, and regulatory authorities.

Strengthen internal controls and risk management frameworks.

Monitor profitability, cash flow, working capital, and financial health across all business units.

Build MIS dashboards and performance reports to support leadership decisions.

Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable business recommendations.

Partner closely with founders and business leaders to drive strategic initiatives.

Build and mentor a high-performing finance team.

Foster a culture of accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

CA /MBA (Finance) or/ CPA are mandatory.

Strong academic background with a solid understanding of corporate finance principles.

5–7 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Corporate Finance, Accounting, or Business Finance.

3–5 years of experience in leading finance teams or managing finance functions.

Experience working in startups, fintech, B2B commerce, SaaS, FMCG, consumer brands, or high-growth businesses will be preferred.
