Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering customer orders, coordinating with internal teams, and providing excellent customer support.
Responsibilities
* Receive and enter customer orders accurately into the system.
* Verify order details and ensure error-free data entry.
* Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and WhatsApp.
* Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for order processing.
* Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.
* Maintain customer records and update order status.
* Follow company procedures and quality standards.
Requirements
* Any Degree (Freshers can apply).
* Good communication skills in Malayalam.
* Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
* Knowledge of MS Excel is an added advantage.
* Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
