Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete day-to-day showroom operations efficiently.
- Lead and supervise showroom sales staff to achieve sales targets and business growth.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and high-quality service standards.
- Handle walk-in customers, key clients, and high-value sales enquiries professionally.
- Monitor showroom sales performance and improve conversion ratio.
- Maintain proper showroom display, product presentation, and overall discipline.
- Manage customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, dispatch team, and internal departments for smooth operations.
- Build strong relationships with architects, contractors, builders, plumbers, interior designers, and key customers.
- Track stock availability and coordinate with management for inventory planning.
- Prepare sales reports, team performance reports, and market feedback for management.
- Ensure achievement of monthly sales and business targets.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in showroom management, preferably in bathroom fittings, sanitaryware, hardware, tiles, building materials, or interior products industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer handling and sales closing ability.
- Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of showroom sales operations and customer relationship management.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Billing, Reporting, WhatsApp, CRM preferred).
Preferred Candidate
Candidates having prior experience in Bathroom Fittings, Sanitaryware, Tiles, Hardware, Building Materials, or Premium Interior Showroom Management will be highly preferred. Candidates with an existing market network and strong leadership capability will get added advantage.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
