Role Summary
We are seeking a versatile Software Engineer to design, build, and scale our next-generation AI chatbot applications and data products. In this role, you will work across the entire stack—developing engaging conversational user interfaces in React, engineering the backend business logic for intelligent chatbots, and integrating secure Single Sign-On (SSO) systems. Additionally, you will play a key role in managing our large-scale data layer, working directly with modern lakehouse formats like Apache Iceberg and enterprise data catalogs.
Key Responsibilities
Chatbot Engineering Build, optimize, and maintain intelligent conversational agents and AI chatbots using modern LLM frameworks, APIs, and retrieval methods.
Frontend Development Design and implement highly responsive, intuitive, and modular user interfaces for our AI applications using React.
Data Architecture Manage and query large-scale data storage layers utilizing Apache Iceberg tables and advanced data catalogs (e.g., AWS Glue, Unity Catalog, Tabular).
Required Qualifications
Experience 3+ years of professional software engineering experience working across frontend, backend, and data environments.
AI & Chatbots Hands-on experience developing AI chatbots, leveraging frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex, or building with OpenAI/Anthropic APIs.
Frontend Mastery Strong proficiency in React.js, state management tools, modern CSS frameworks, and building responsive web apps.
Modern Data Stack Practical experience working with Apache Iceberg format, data lakes, and managing enterprise data catalogs.
Enterprise Security Proven experience integrating SSO protocols (SAML, OpenID Connect) with identity providers like Okta, Auth0, or Azure AD.
Database Skills Strong proficiency in SQL and experience handling relational databases alongside big data analytical layers.
