Job Description

Responsible for planning and executing marketing, branding, communications, and digital strategies in line with Accor brand standards and hotel business objectives.

Drive brand visibility, guest engagement, and revenue growth through effective marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

Manage digital platforms, social media, public relations, website content, and marketing communications.

Collaborate with Sales, Revenue, F&B, and Operations teams to support overall hotel performance.

Ensure all marketing activities comply with Novotel and Accor brand guidelines.
Marketing & Brand Management

Develop and implement the annual marketing plan aligned with hotel goals.

Execute campaigns to drive room sales, F&B revenue, events, and brand awareness.

Manage social media, online reputation, content creation, and digital marketing initiatives.

Coordinate media relations, partnerships, promotional events, and local marketing activities.

Monitor campaign performance and market trends to identify business opportunities.
People Management

Maintain strong coordination with all hotel departments for seamless execution of marketing activities.

Build effective relationships with agencies, media partners, and internal stakeholders.

Ensure team members are trained on brand standards and marketing best practices.

Promote teamwork, creativity, and a guest-focused culture.
Qualifications
Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or Hospitality Management.
Experience
-
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Marketing, Communications, or Brand Management, preferably within the hospitality industry.

Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, public relations, and brand management.
