factoHR is looking for a creative and passionate Social Media Marketer to join our growing marketing team. If you have a strong understanding of social media trends, content creation, and graphic designing tools like Canva, we would love to connect with you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create engaging graphics, creatives, videos, and social media content using Canva
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Manage and grow social media presence across multiple platforms
- Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign planning and content ideas
- Engage with audience through comments, messages, and community interactions
- Monitor social media trends and identify new growth opportunities
- Track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare reports
- Optimize strategies based on insights and performance data
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in Social Media Marketing or similar role
- Strong Canva and graphic designing skills
- Good understanding of social media platforms and current trends
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Creative mindset with attention to design and aesthetics
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field preferred
- Relevant experience in social media marketing will be an added advantage
