Job Summary
AWS MongoDB SME\r\nDescription: \r\nWe are seeking a skilled Cloud/Database Engineer with strong hands-on experience migrating MongoDB workloads to AWS. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end assessment, compatibility analysis, data migration, replication, cutover planning, and post-migration optimization for MongoDB environments moving to Amazon DocumentDB with MongoDB compatibility, MongoDB on Amazon EC2, or MongoDB Atlas on AWS, ensuring secure, scalable, and low-downtime transitions.\r\nTotal Experience - A minimum of 10 to 12 years of proven experience in database engineering and migrations, including designing, modernizing, and operating NoSQL/document database platforms on AWS with strong focus on performance, security, HA/DR, scalability, monitoring, and automation.\r\n \r\nAWS DynamoDB SME\r\nDescription: \r\nWe are seeking a skilled Cloud/Database Engineer with strong hands-on experience designing, migrating, and operating Amazon DynamoDB workloads on AWS. Key Responsibilities
1. To ensure on-time resolution & quality compliance of escalated tickets/incident as per the agreed SLA
2. To perform value addition activities (such as mentoring administrators/team members, preparing SOPs, maintaining effective documentation simultaneously and Knowledge sharing.) In addition act as a liaison to the business segment, facilitating effective communication and presentation to key business stakeholders as & when required.
3. To validate Change Order Implementation Plan & Human Error Compliance and participate in Capacity planning, identification of EN business opportunities.
4. To ensure positive customer feedback & satisfaction through active participation in customer meetings to understand any issues faced
5. To validate analyses (eg. Root Cause Analysis ,Trend Analysis) and reports to facilitate performance in tasks to be presented to key business stakeholders
