Job Summary
The Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets for signage products and solutions. The role involves identifying potential clients, preparing quotations, coordinating with the production team, and ensuring timely project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the signage market.
- Meet architects, builders, contractors, retailers, corporate clients, and business owners to promote signage solutions.
- Conduct client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Prepare and submit quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
- Follow up on inquiries and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with the design, production, and installation teams to ensure timely project completion.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent after-sales support.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare daily visit reports and sales activity reports.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
