We are seeking proactive and persuasive Tele calling Executives to engage with potential customers, convert social media leads into business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a passion for sales. The potential candidate will maintain daily reports and data base and make frequent follow ups.
- Lead Engagement: Initiate calls to potential customers obtained from social media platforms, converting inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Follow-Up: Maintain regular follow-up with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and insights to improve service offerings and customer satisfaction.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs as set by the management
