We are looking for a passionate and experienced Technical Trainer to train students, interns, and aspiring professionals on the latest technologies and industry practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct technical training sessions for students, interns, and freshers.
- Develop and update training materials, assignments, and practical exercises.
- Deliver hands-on training in technologies such as:
- Python, Java, JavaScript
- HTML, CSS, React.js, Node.js
- PHP, Laravel
- Android App Development
- MySQL, MongoDB
- Software Testing (Manual & Automation)
- Guide trainees on live projects and practical implementation.
- Assess trainee performance through tests, assignments, and project evaluations.
- Provide mentorship and career guidance.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Required Skills
- Strong technical knowledge in software development technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and effectively.
- Hands-on experience in web development, app development, or software technologies.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Qualifications
- B.Tech, BCA, MCA, M.Tech, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 1+ year of experience in technical training, teaching, or software development.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills can also apply.
