Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
- Assist in documenting software design and development processes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices to foster professional growth.
Key Responsibilities and Must have Skills:
Analyze requirements, user stories, and specifications to define test goals and test conditions
Design and execute test cases and test scenarios for new features and regression testing
Prepare and maintain test environments and generate required test data
Document test execution results and identify, analyze, retest and track defects
Maintain, improve, and monitor automated regression tests (e.g., Python)
Prepare and participate in test and integration workshops
Good knowledge in SQL, PL/SQL
Collaborate closely with development and operations teams in a DevTestOps approach
Conduct structured, exploratory, system, system-integration, and end-to-end tests for custom CRM solutions
Design, develop, and execute automated API tests to ensure functionality, performance, and reliability of backend services.
Improve test stability, coverage, and execution efficiency

- Experience in developing and executing automated test scripts to ensure software quality and reliability.
- Familiarity with various testing frameworks and tools to support continuous integration and delivery.

- Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and optimize automated testing processes.
