DERMA - AESTHETIC BACKGROUND IS COMPLUSARY.
- Regional Manager should work independently in his territory & covered new geographical area too.
- Regional Manager has to motivate all his member’s and as a channel partner with his team.
- Regional manager has to ensure that the all team members make doctors calls of Platinum, Diamond & Gold in the market as per doctors list
- Regional Manager & his team members needs to follow company culture, standard, value, ethics, Company’s norms & Company’s working systems.
- Regional manager must have experience in Dermatology & Cosmo Care Products selling and must have good product knowledge.
- Need to disused with immediate reporting manager as well as director about New potential doctors.
- Update Doctor Satisfaction report.
- Ready to travel in any time any quarter for vacant area.
- Regional sales manager ensures profitable growth in sales.
- Regional Sales Manager shall take the responsibility to close employment in vacant areas through his internal resources.
- Regional manager must plays a important role in primary & secondary sales
