Job Title: Admin Staff / Process Coordinator
Location: Coimbatore.
Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and organized Admin Staff to handle daily administrative tasks and coordinate internal processes efficiently. The candidate will act as a Process Coordinator to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor daily operational processes
- Maintain records, documents, and reports
- Follow up with internal teams and external clients
- Handle data entry and maintain MIS reports
- Manage calls, emails, and correspondence
- Support management with administrative tasks
- Ensure proper documentation and filing
- Track task progress and update status reports
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Admin / Coordination role
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a team
