hub operations. This role carries high responsibility, ensuring on-time fulfillment, partner
management, fraud prevention, and overall hub performance.

We are looking for a Hub Manager to take full ownership of hub operations, ensuring smooth
execution, partner discipline, and on-time fulfillment of bookings. This role demands strong
leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive hub performance with zero missed bookings and high customer NPS.
- Manage partner relations: attendance, rosters, grooming, discipline, and escalations.
- Ensure dispatchers release instant bookings within SLA ( 45 seconds).
- Oversee hub infra: bikes, batteries, supplies, and staffing — escalate shortages
proactively.
- Coordinate with Cluster Manager on planning, labor supply, and training needs.
- Maintain shift discipline and overall decorum at the hub.
Requirements
- 6–10 years’ experience in last-mile ops / logistics / quick commerce.
- Strong people management and operations planning skills.
- Hands-on with Excel, dashboards, and tech adoption.
- Ability to work in 9-hour shifts, 6 days/week (morning/night).
