As a Business Process Architect, a typical day involves designing comprehensive business processes that align with organizational goals and functional needs. This role requires close collaboration with various stakeholders to develop detailed process blueprints and establish clear business process requirements. The architect ensures that these processes incorporate measurable performance indicators and supports quality management activities to verify that all design and business requirements are fulfilled. Additionally, the role includes educating and guiding stakeholders to foster a thorough understanding of the process designs, facilitating smooth implementation and continuous improvement across the organization.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of business process frameworks to enhance operational efficiency.
- Facilitate communication between technical and business teams to ensure alignment of objectives and deliverables.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and mentorship to foster professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
- Strong analytical skills to assess and optimize business processes within the SAP Plant Maintenance environment.
- Experience in defining and monitoring key performance indicators to measure process effectiveness.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Skilled in quality management practices to ensure compliance with business and design standards.
- Excellent communication skills to educate and engage stakeholders at various organizational levels.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
