Job Summary:
The Pre-Sales Executive will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating qualified leads, and scheduling site visits for the sales team. The role requires engaging with prospective customers, understanding their requirements, and maintaining accurate lead data to support the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries received through calls, website, digital campaigns, and walk-ins.
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, and preferred location.
- Qualify leads and schedule site visits or meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain and update lead details, follow-up status, and customer records in CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up and customer engagement.
- Share project details, pricing information, and basic product knowledge with prospective customers.
- Track lead conversion status and prepare daily and weekly reports.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in pre-sales, telecalling, customer relationship, or real estate sales support.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Strong interpersonal skills, customer handling ability, and follow-up discipline.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in real estate lead management.
- Ability to handle multiple customer enquiries efficiently.
- Good coordination and communication with internal teams
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
