EXPERIENCE - 10 -12 YEARS IN REAL ESTATE
EDUCATION - B.E. CIVIL/ ARCHITECT
- Coordinate the integration of building footprints, roads, green spaces, and community amenities within the township master plan.Align architectural drawings with civil infrastructure designs.
- Prepare and verify the technical drawings required for municipal sanctions, environmental clearances, and fire safety approvals.
- Ensure all high-rise or low-rise building plans comply with local building bylaws, FAR (Floor Area Ratio) regulations, and RERA guidelines.
- Run regular design coordination meetings to resolve spatial conflicts.
- Coordinate the selection of external building materials, glazing, and facade systems that meet wind-load and thermal performance standards.
Pay: ₹85,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
