About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented B2B Sales Manager from the corporate gifting industry who understands both reseller/channel business and direct corporate client business. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, achieving sales targets, developing new business opportunities, and coordinating with internal departments including Purchase, Design, and Warehouse to ensure smooth execution of orders and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow B2B sales for corporate gifting products across reseller networks and direct corporate clients.
- Generate new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, references, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, distributors, resellers, and channel partners.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and revenue goals.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable gifting solutions aligned with branding and budget expectations.
- Coordinate closely with the Purchase, Design, and Warehouse departments for smooth order processing and timely delivery.
- Follow up on quotations, negotiations, sampling, approvals, and payment collections.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
- Work on pricing strategies and product positioning to maximize profitability.
- Maintain MIS reports, sales pipeline, client database, and forecasting reports.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Participate in exhibitions, corporate events, and networking activities to expand business reach.
