- Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and develop individualized nutrition plans for patients
- Educate patients on healthy eating habits and lifestyle modifications to support their health goals
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, such as physicians and nurses, to provide comprehensive care to patients
- Continuously monitor and evaluate patient progress and adjust nutrition plans as needed
- Stay current with the latest nutrition research and incorporate best practices into patient care
- Participate in community outreach programs to educate the public on the importance of nutrition for overall health
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
