Position: Pharmacist (Telecalling – US Healthcare)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and patient-focused Pharmacist to join our US Healthcare process team. The role involves communicating with patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies through outbound and inbound calls while ensuring high-quality support and compliance with healthcare standards.
Key Responsibilities:
· Make outbound and receive inbound calls related to patient prescriptions and healthcare services
· Communicate with patients regarding medication coordination, refill reminders, and prescription status
· Coordinate with healthcare providers, clinics, and insurance companies when required
· Maintain accurate patient records and update information in the system
· Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations during all interactions
· Handle patient concerns professionally and provide appropriate resolutions
· Support pharmacy operations and assist in improving patient experience
Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s or Doctor of Pharmacy degree (B.Pharm / Pharm.D)
· Excellent English communication skills (mandatory)
· Strong understanding of pharmaceutical terminology and healthcare processes
· Comfortable working in US Shift (Night Shift)
· Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
· Basic computer knowledge and ability to handle healthcare software systems
Preferred Skills:
· Experience in US Healthcare or pharmacy-related processes
· Prior experience in telecalling/customer support is an added advantage
· Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
