Job Summary:
The Plant Incharge/Supervisor will be responsible for the efficient operation, maintenance, and monitoring of Water Treatment Plants (WTP) and Sewage Treatment Plants (STP). The role includes ensuring uninterrupted plant operations, maintaining water quality standards, leading the operations team, and ensuring compliance with statutory and environmental regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and supervise WTP/STP systems to ensure smooth and efficient plant performance.
- Monitor daily plant operations, process parameters, and equipment performance.
- Ensure treated water quality meets statutory and client specifications.
- Coordinate preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Maintain daily operation logs, shift reports, chemical consumption records, and maintenance records.
- Supervise plant operators, technicians, and contract manpower.
- Monitor and optimize chemical dosing, filtration, pumps, blowers, and other treatment equipment.
- Identify operational issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, pollution control, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with vendors and maintenance teams for repairs and spare parts.
- Manage inventory of chemicals, consumables, and critical spares.
- Conduct regular inspections of plant equipment and utilities.
- Support audits and prepare required operational reports.
- Ensure housekeeping, safety practices, and 5S implementation within the plant.
Pay: Up to ₹660,000.00 per year
