You will work closely with the manufacturing team to meet production targets and maintain the highest standards of quality and safety.Key Responsibilities: - Operate and maintain production equipment according to standard operating procedures- Monitor production processes and make adjustments as needed to ensure quality and efficiency- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on production equipment- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area- Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to ensure smooth production processes- Meet production targets and deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards- Continuously strive to improve production processes and suggest solutions for any issues that may ariseQualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operating and maintaining production equipment in the aerospace or defence industry- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict safety protocols- Excellent communication and teamwork skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed- Experience with CNC machines and other production equipment is preferred- Knowledge of aerospace and defence industry standards and regulations is a plusJoin our team at Titan and be a part of our mission to provide cutting-edge technologies for the aerospace and defence industry.
