Dialysis Technician
Location: Thane
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Dialysis Technician to join our healthcare team. The candidate will be responsible for operating dialysis machines, monitoring patients undergoing dialysis treatment, and ensuring high standards of patient care and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and operate dialysis machines before, during, and after procedures
- Monitor patients’ vital signs during dialysis and report abnormalities to doctors
- Ensure proper sterilization and maintenance of dialysis equipment
- Assist in patient assessment and documentation of treatment records
- Handle emergencies during dialysis procedures efficiently
- Maintain hygiene and infection control protocols in the dialysis unit
- Educate patients and families about dialysis procedures and aftercare
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of dialysis procedures and equipment
- Attention to detail and patient care skills
- Ability to handle critical situations calmly
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
Qualifications:
- Diploma / Certification in Dialysis Technology
- B.Sc. in Dialysis Technology (preferred)
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a hospital or dialysis center
Salary:
Salary will be commensurate with experience and industry standards

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
