Position Overview:
The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for luxury retail furniture and interior fit-out projects. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered within budget and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Material Research: Identify cost-effective and durable materials suitable for luxury retail furniture and fitout projects.
- Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed cost estimates for interior fit-outs, retail stores, showrooms, and bespoke furniture projects.
- Quantity Calculation: Determine precise quantities of wood, hardware, finishing materials, and other components required.
- Budgeting: Calculate costs of materials, labor, equipment, and overhead to generate realistic project budgets.
- Reporting: Track and maintain progress reports for each project, ensuring transparency in costs and outputs.
- Client Coordination: Collaborate with sales and production teams to resolve client concerns and provide cost-related clarifications.
- Supplier Liaison: Engage with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing and negotiate favorable terms.
- Budget Compliance: Ensure estimates align with budget constraints and recommend adjustments when necessary.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
