Job Summary
The Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) is responsible for managing customer enquiries, coordinating with the sales team, ensuring timely follow-ups, maintaining customer records, and delivering an excellent customer experience throughout the used car buying journey. The role focuses on improving lead conversion, customer satisfaction, and repeat business.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to used car enquiries.
- Follow up with leads generated through walk-ins, website, social media, and other marketing channels.
- Schedule showroom visits, vehicle inspections, and test drives.
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely customer follow-ups.
- Assist customers with vehicle availability, pricing, finance, insurance, and documentation.
- Conduct post-sale follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and collect feedback.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain daily reports on enquiries, follow-ups, bookings, and customer feedback.
- Support the dealership in achieving customer satisfaction (CSI) and sales targets.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in customer service, telecalling, or automobile sales (Used Car experience preferred).
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong customer handling and interpersonal skills.
- Good telephone etiquette.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and coordinate with different departments.
- Customer-focused, proactive, and result-oriented.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in an automobile dealership, especially in used car sales or customer relationship management.
- Knowledge of vehicle finance and insurance processes will be an added advantage
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
