Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and support workforce management activities. The role involves recruitment, contract labour management, employee documentation, training coordination, statutory compliance, audit support, and employee relations.
The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, knowledge of HR processes, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations
- Manage end-to-end HR operations and ensure smooth execution of daily HR activities.
- Maintain employee records, personnel files, and confidential HR documentation.
- Update HR databases, attendance records, and employee information systems.
- Prepare HR reports and MIS as required.
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Coordinate recruitment activities including sourcing, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and candidate follow-up.
- Assist in conducting interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Manage employee onboarding, joining formalities, and induction programs.
- Ensure timely completion of employee documentation and joining requirements.
Contract Labour Management
- Handle contract labour onboarding, documentation, attendance monitoring, and record maintenance.
- Coordinate with labour contractors regarding manpower deployment and compliance requirements.
- Verify attendance records and contractor documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
Training & Development
- Conduct employee induction programs.
- Coordinate internal and external training programs.
- Maintain training matrices, competency assessments, and training records.
- Track employee training requirements and completion status.
Employee Lifecycle Management
- Process employee confirmations, transfers, and other employee status changes.
- Handle resignations, exit formalities, and full & final settlements.
- Maintain employee service records and related documentation.
Employee Relations
- Address employee queries and support timely resolution of HR concerns.
- Assist in employee engagement and welfare activities.
- Support grievance handling and maintain positive employee relations.
Compliance & Audits
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Prepare and maintain HR documentation for ISO, customer, supplier, and internal audits.
- Support audit preparation and closure of audit observations.
- Maintain statutory records and compliance documentation.
Technical Knowledge Required
