This role exists to manage site execution from measurement through final handover, coordinating designers, production teams, vendors, and installation crews to ensure every project is completed to specification, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day execution of residential interior projects across multiple sites.
- Coordinate project activities from site measurement through installation and final handover.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with Interior Designers, production teams, contractors, and vendors.
- Supervise installation of modular furniture, false ceilings, lighting, electrical, plumbing, painting, flooring, and finishing works.
- Verify site readiness before installation and resolve execution issues proactively.
- Conduct regular quality inspections and ensure work complies with approved drawings and specifications.
- Perform site measurements and verify dimensions before production.
- Monitor project progress, identify delays, and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain project documentation, daily progress reports, and site photographs.
- Ensure compliance with safety practices and housekeeping standards on site.
- Conduct snagging inspections, coordinate rectifications, and achieve smooth project handover.
- Attend client meetings when required and provide project updates professionally.
Must-have Skills & Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience managing residential interior fit-out projects.
- Strong project management and site coordination skills.
- Practical understanding of modular furniture installation and interior finishing works.
- Basic knowledge of MEP services, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and false ceiling coordination.
- Ability to read AutoCAD drawings and understand construction documentation.
- Experience coordinating multiple contractors simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project tracking.
Nice-to-have
- Experience with MS Project, Primavera, ClickUp, Trello, or similar project management tools.
- Knowledge of Bengaluru apartment handover standards and builder procedures.
- Experience with BOQs, vendor coordination, and material planning.
- Familiarity with interior manufacturing and factory coordination.
- Understanding of quality control processes and snag management.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
