Key Responsibilities
· Design and produce high-quality graphics for digital platforms (websites, social media, email campaigns) and print media (brochures, posters, banners, flyers).
· Create visually engaging social media creatives, promotional banners, infographics, and marketing materials aligned with brand guidelines.
· Edit and produce professional-grade videos for marketing campaigns, product showcases, training modules, and social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn).
· Develop motion graphics, animated reels, short-form video content, and explainer videos that drive audience engagement.
· Collaborate closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.
· Maintain strict brand consistency across all visual assets, ensuring adherence to Cognolabs' visual identity and style guide.
· Manage multiple design and video projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks and meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
· Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for campaigns and visual storytelling.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Graphic Design and Video Editing in a professional or freelance setting.
· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects (or equivalent industry-standard tools).
· Experience working with Canva and AI-powered design tools.
· Strong knowledge of video editing techniques including color correction, audio mixing, transitions, and motion graphics.
· Solid understanding of typography, layout design, color theory, and visual storytelling principles.
· Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently.
· A portfolio demonstrating relevant design and video editing work (mandatory for application).
· Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Arts, or a related field; equivalent certification will also be considered.
Preferred Qualification:
· Bachelor’s degree in related field.
· Experience in the technology industry with an understanding of how to communicate complex concepts visually.
· Familiarity with 2D/3D animation tools such as Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar software.
· Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and experience creating product demo videos or screen-capture tutorials.
· Experience with social media management and understanding of platform-specific content strategies.
