Job Description – HR Payroll manager
Job Summary:
We are looking for an HR Payroll manager to manage end-to-end payroll processing, maintain employee records, and ensure compliance with statutory regulations. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling payroll with accuracy and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Maintain attendance, leave, and employee records.
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
- Handle salary revisions, reimbursements, and full & final settlements.
- Resolve employee payroll queries.
- Generate payroll reports and maintain payroll documentation.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4–8 years of experience in payroll and HR operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS/Payroll software.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
