Key Responsibilities:
Drive revenue generation and achieve business targets
Lead, mentor, and manage sales teams to maximize performance
Develop and execute sales strategies for business growth
Build strong relationships with developers, channel partners, and key clients
Monitor team productivity, sales KPIs, and business performance
Ensure excellent client experience and successful deal closures
Ideal Candidate:
5+ years of experience in the Real Estate industry
Proven experience in team leadership and revenue generation
Strong people management, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to motivate, coach, and build high-performing teams
Target-driven with a strategic business mindset
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹77,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
