Key ResponsibilitiesContract Drafting & Review
- Draft, review, negotiate, and redline commercial agreements.
- Prepare and review agreements including:
- Master Service Agreements (MSA)
- Statements of Work (SOW)
- Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA)
- Vendor Agreements
- Client Agreements
- Employment Agreements
- Consultancy Agreements
- Freelancer Agreements
- Partnership Agreements
- Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)
- Work Orders and Purchase Orders
- Amendment Agreements and Addendums
- Identify legal risks and recommend commercially practical solutions.
- Compare multiple contract versions and maintain version control.
Legal Documentation
- Draft legal notices, reply notices, undertakings, affidavits, declarations, board resolutions, and other legal documents.
- Prepare and update internal company policies, SOPs, and compliance documents.
- Maintain contract repositories and legal documentation records.
Compliance
- Support labour law, company law, contractual, and statutory compliance.
- Maintain compliance trackers, calendars, and legal documentation.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel whenever required.
Corporate Legal Support
- Review vendor onboarding documentation and commercial documents.
- Conduct basic legal due diligence on vendors and clients.
- Support contract negotiations and ensure timely execution of agreements.
- Ensure all legal documents are properly executed, stored, and archived.
Dispute & Legal Support
- Assist in preparing documentation for disputes, arbitrations, and legal proceedings.
- Coordinate with advocates and external legal consultants.
- Compile legal evidence and maintain case-related documentation.
Required Skills
- Excellent legal drafting and English communication skills.
- Strong understanding of contract drafting and commercial agreements.
- Good knowledge of:
- Indian Contract Act
- Companies Act
- Labour Laws
- Information Technology Act
- Basic Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)
- Data Privacy principles
- Strong analytical, research, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify contractual risks.
- Proficiency in MS Word (Track Changes, document comparison), Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and work within deadlines.
Educational Qualification
- LL.B. (Mandatory)
- Company Secretary (CS Inter) or exposure to Company Secretarial work will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
