Inventory Management
· Maintain accurate stock levels of raw materials, compounds, consumables, and finished goods
· Ensure minimum stock variance between physical and ERP records
· Implement FIFO / FEFO systems for material issue
· Monitor slow-moving, non-moving, and obsolete inventory
Material Receipt & Inspection Coordination
· Oversee incoming material receipt process
· Coordinate with QA/QC for incoming inspection clearance
· Ensure proper documentation (GRN, MTC, COA, invoice verification)
Storage & Warehouse Control
· Ensure proper storage conditions for all materials
· Optimize warehouse layout for space utilization and material flow
· Ensure safety, labeling, and segregation standards are followed
ERP & Documentation Control
· Ensure 100% real-time entry in ERP system
· Maintain batch/lot traceability for all materials
· Generate stock reports, aging reports, and consumption analysis
Material Issuance to Production
· Control issuance of raw materials based on approved requisitions
· Ensure correct batch issuance as per production requirement
· Coordinate with Production Planning & Control (PPC)
Procurement Coordination
· Coordinate with Purchase team for material availability and follow-up
· Provide feedback on vendor performance
Inventory Control & Cost Optimization
· Reduce inventory holding cost through planning and optimization
· Identify excess and obsolete stock and recommend disposal actions
· Support cost reduction initiatives
Team Management
· Lead storekeepers, store assistants, and material handlers
· Assign duties, monitor performance, and conduct training
· Enforce discipline, housekeeping, and 5S practices
Compliance & Audit
· Support ISO / IATF / API QMS audits
· Maintain traceability and documentation readiness
· Ensure compliance with procedures
Safety & Housekeeping
· Ensure safe handling and storage of materials
· Implement warehouse safety procedures
· Maintain clean and organized store environment
Age limit : -
30-40 years
Salary Offer:-
30,000- 42,000/pm,based on interview performance.
Experience:-
**8-15 years experience Specially in store management in manufacturing unit.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
