## Responsibilities
- Design and deliver interactive and child-centred English lessons for primary students, aligned with the CBSE curriculum.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and learning.
- Assess and evaluate student progress through assignments, activities, tests, and examinations.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and parents on academic performance.
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development workshops.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress.
- Encourage students to develop critical thinking, creativity, and effective communication skills through literature and language.

Key qualifications for your role
- A Bachelor degree in English Literature, English Language, or a related field.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification.
- 2+ years teaching experience at the primary level is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the CBSE curriculum and assessment methods.
