Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Manager – Real Estate for our Kolkata location. The candidate will be responsible for handling property sales, managing client relationships, conducting site visits, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end sales for residential and commercial real estate projects
- Generate and convert leads into successful closures
- Conduct client meetings, project presentations, and site visits
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with Pre-Sales, CRM, and Marketing teams
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Update CRM and maintain sales reports
Key Skills Required:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent client handling and relationship management abilities
- Good understanding of the real estate sales process
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach
- Proficiency in CRM and MS Excel
Experience Required:
- 3–4 years of experience in Real Estate Sales
- Experience in residential and commercial property sales preferred
- Candidates from the Real Estate industry only
Compensation:
Monthly Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹60,000
