Role Summary
We are looking for a proactive, experienced HR & Admin Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and office administration. This is an urgent requirement for a hands-on professional capable of managing the complete employee lifecycle alongside smooth office facility operations.
Key Responsibilities
- HR Operations: Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, leave/attendance tracking, and employee grievance handling.
- Office Administration: Oversee daily office operations, facility maintenance, and manage company assets/inventory.
- Vendor & Compliance: Manage external vendors, handle office procurement, and ensure basic statutory labor compliance.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate employee files and update internal company policies.
Requirements
- 4+ years of proven experience in a combined HR and Administration role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and HRMS tools.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kochi, Kerala (Kochi): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
