Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, website development, video creation, and creative content production. The ideal candidate is technically proficient, result-driven, and passionate about digital marketing. This role requires managing campaigns, analyzing performance, and creating impactful digital assets to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Build, manage, and maintain websites for clients or internal projects.
- Create high-quality videos and marketing creatives for campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in digital marketing roles.
- Strong technical skills in Meta Ads, Google Ads, website development, video creation, and creative design.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field preferred.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and marketing analytics platforms is a plus.
