Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Plant Head to lead and manage end-to-end plant operations for a large-scale food production facility. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in the food industry and should have successfully managed high-volume food production operations handling 5,000+ meals daily. Candidates from ITC and reputed food manufacturing, QSR, catering, or food processing organizations will be preferred. Key Responsibilities: Lead overall plant operations, production, and administration. Ensure smooth functioning of daily food production activities. Manage large-scale meal production of 5,000+ meals per day. Oversee inventory planning, stock control, and material management. Manage dispatch operations and ensure timely delivery. Drive productivity, quality, food safety, and operational excellence. Lead workforce planning, manpower utilization, and people management. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and statutory regulations. Monitor plant performance, cost control, and operational efficiency. Coordinate with procurement, production, quality, and logistics teams. Ensure effective maintenance and upkeep of plant infrastructure and equipment. Handle vendor coordination and operational administration. Preferred Candidate Profile: 15+ years of experience in Food Manufacturing, Food Processing, Catering, QSR, or Central Kitchen Operations. Must have managed a plant handling 5,000+ meals daily. Strong experience in Plant Management, Inventory Management, Dispatch Management, and People Management. Proven experience in end-to-end food production and administration. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and operational management skills. Experience in managing large teams and multiple departments. Candidates from ITC, large food manufacturing companies, QSR chains, catering companies, or central kitchen operations will be highly preferred.
