Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly membership and revenue targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase gym memberships and PT conversions.
- Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, and daily/monthly achievements.
- Handle high-value clients and ensure strong customer relationships.
- Conduct regular sales reviews and prepare performance reports.
- Coordinate with center managers and operations teams for business growth.
- Generate leads through referrals, campaigns, and local marketing activities.
- Ensure smooth follow-up processes and improve lead conversion rates.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and brand experience.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the fitness industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to drive team performance and business growth.
- Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
