We have a requirement for Capsule MAchine Operator for Isha Foundation, Coimbatore. The work location will be Madampatti. Please find below the Job description:
Key Responsibilities:
Operate semi-automatic capsule filling machine as per SOPs
Set up machine for different capsule sizes and formulations
Load capsules and material accurately to ensure correct fill weight
Monitor machine performance during operation
Perform in-process checks (weight variation, capsule locking, defects)
Clean machine parts as per cleaning SOP after batch completion
Maintain batch production records and logbooks
Follow GMP, safety, and hygiene guidelines at all times
Report machine breakdowns, abnormalities, or quality issues to supervisor
Assist in minor maintenance and changeover activities
