Consultant Orthodontist (MDS)Role Overview
We're hiring an experienced Orthodontist to lead diagnosis, treatment planning, and delivery of orthodontic care including braces and Invisalign clear aligners across our clinics. This role suits someone who combines strong clinical judgement with the communication skills to help patients understand their treatment options and confidently move forward with care.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive orthodontic assessments, including dental and jaw alignment evaluation
- Design and deliver customized treatment plans using braces, Invisalign, and other clear aligner systems
- Monitor treatment progress and adjust plans as needed across the treatment lifecycle
Patient Consultation & Case Conversion
- Present treatment plans and options clearly, addressing cost, timeline, and outcome questions confidently
- Build patient trust during consultations to improve case acceptance and treatment start rates
- Educate patients on the value and process of orthodontic care, including aligner maintenance and compliance
What We're Looking For
- Qualification: MDS in Orthodontics
- Experience: Min 3 years of clinical experience in orthodontics
- Certification: Invisalign certified (mandatory)
- Skills: Proficient in clear aligner treatment planning and case management
- Strong track record of, or clear aptitude for, converting consultations into accepted treatment plans
- Comfortable working independently across multiple clinic locations
- Detail-oriented with strong case documentation habits
