- Installation and support of standard hardware and software platforms in Laptop / Desktop.
- Conduct pilots of the installation process and procedures for Laptop / Desktop repair.
- Configuration and installation of Laptop / Desktop / Printer
- Good knowledge of Windows OS installation and troubleshooting.
- Good knowledge of MS Office application and business application support
- Provide complete recoverability of systems and applications.
- Troubleshooting and resolution of business application and system problems
- Manage the installation of new hardware and software.
- Maintain equipment inventory controls and policies.
- Adhere to repair standards and service levels established.
