Job Summary
The Resident Medical Officer (RMO) will be responsible for providing primary medical care, assisting fertility specialists, managing patient clinical assessments, and ensuring smooth coordination of clinical activities in the IVF hospital. The role supports day-to-day patient management, emergency care (if required), and adherence to clinical protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide initial medical evaluation and clinical support to patients visiting the IVF center.
- Assist fertility specialists during OPD consultations, procedures, and treatment cycles.
- Review patient history, reports, and preliminary investigations before doctor consultation.
- Monitor patients undergoing fertility treatments such as IUI, IVF stimulation cycles, and related procedures.
- Manage and respond to any medical emergencies within the clinic as per protocol.
- Ensure proper documentation of patient clinical records in the Hospital Management System (HMS).
- Coordinate with lab, nursing, pharmacy, and embryology teams for treatment execution.
- Provide pre- and post-procedure patient instructions as advised by consultants.
- Monitor patient vitals and general health status during treatment cycles.
- Ensure compliance with clinical guidelines, SOPs, and hospital policies.
- Support infection control practices and patient safety standards.
- Assist in counseling patients regarding treatment plans (as guided by consultants).
- Maintain shift handover reports and clinical logs.
Qualifications & Experience
- MBBS degree from a recognized institution.
- Valid registration with the Medical Council (MCI/NMC or State Medical Council).
- 1–3 years of clinical experience preferred.
- Experience in IVF/Fertility, Obstetrics & Gynecology, or women’s health is an added advantage.
- Freshers with strong clinical knowledge may also be considered.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
