Description
This role will be part of Hiring for setting up a PMU for CITIIS 2.0 under Housing & Urban Development Department, Government of Odisha.
The requirements are as below:
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science/ Environmental Engineering
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience Conduct or review
Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA).
- Identify potential environmental risks and mitigation measures
- Prepare Environmental Management Plans (EMP)
- Prepare safeguard reports, audit reports, and compliance documents
- Maintain records for regulatory and funding agencies
- Train project staff on environmental safeguards
- Support institutions in strengthening environmental practices
- Monitor implementation of mitigation measures
Duration: 2 year contract with an additional 1-year extension possible. Contingent upon winning the bid.
Location: Odisha - Bhubaneshwar, Cuttack, Berhampur, Rourkela, Sambalpur, Puri
